What is Launchpad?
A different kind of support
Launchpad is a free employability and personal development service for people aged 16+ living in the Scottish Borders.
We support people who may be some distance from employment, education or training — and who would benefit from building confidence, identifying their strengths and gaining a clearer sense of direction before taking their next steps.
